Here's the condensed version. Fat kid at school, start rowing at uni, drop all the weight, stop rowing, start working, start gaining weight again.
Now, almost back at square one, I'm taking control and turning the tide in the Battle of the Bulge. I'll be using training plans and nutritional approaches that I've used sporadically over the last few years to get back in shape.
My goal is to be around the 95kg mark by mid August.
